Our Club

GT Waterski & Wakeboard provides an environment for the student body of Georgia Tech to beome familiar with Waterskiing and Wakeboarding on both competitive and recreational levels. Through the club, students have the opportunity to take a break from the stressful rigors of student life, engage with other water sport enthusiasts, and develop proficiency in an activity that they can enjoy for the rest of their lifes.
Between March and November, the club typically hosts at least 2-3 weekly practices. At these practices, skiers of all levels of ability hone their skills, whether newcomers who have never skied or wakeboarded, or seasoned skiers who have competed for years. Members of the club enthusiastically offer instruction in each each waterski and wakesport discipline, providing a welcoming environment for all students and all skill levels.
In addition to practices, club members also attend inter-collegiate tournaments, providing a focal point for practices, development of intra-club/team comradery, and an opportunity to engage with the greater watersport community.
The Waterski & Wakeboard Club is the place to be for:
Those with waterski experience and those without experience,
Those seeking excitement and those seeking stress relief,
Those looking to develop their own skills and discipline and those seeking a student community,
